What better time than now to start a new exercise challenge? With all this free time at home and a new month on the horizon, get fit this summer with the 30 Day Jump Rope Challenge!


Jumping rope is one of the best exercises you can do, especially when you’re just starting to work out. And you don’t even need an expensive gym membership to do it. All you need is a jump rope!


Because it’s a plyometric exercise, meaning that it uses fast, explosive movements, jumping rope frequently will increase your muscle power, improve your lung capacity, and strengthen your heart. Jumping rope will also burn a lot of calories in a short period of time because it works your whole body, but it also increases your resting metabolic rate. This means that over time, your body will burn more calories even when you’re not doing anything!


Even if you’re already a seasoned athlete, give this jump rope challenge a try! Just wait and see how much it increases your agility and endurance.


If your main goal is to lose weight, make sure you know that jumping rope alone won’t be enough. You also need to adjust your diet and increase your activity overall. To see the best results, I would suggest doing a workout in addition to jumping rope.
