Ingredients:
1 pack of Spinach Wraps
1 tbs of Hummus
1 Tomato
2 Mushrooms
¾ Bell pepper
2 Celery stalks
½ cup Shredded Carrots
¾ cup Red Cabbage
Optional: Sliced deli meat or black beans
Steps:
1. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface
2. Spread hummus on the tortilla
3. Layer all of the vegetables (and the optional meat)
4. Roll up the wrap
5. Cut diagonally

Homemade Hummus
Recipe by Isabella Chao
Ingredients:
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 shallot
3 small cloves of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tsp everyday seasoning
⅕ jalapeno with seeds (take out seeds for no spice)
Juice of one lemon or lime
1 can garbanzo beans
Steps:
1. Put everything, except the beans in a food processor
2. Blend until smooth
3. Add garbanzo beans and process until smooth
4. Add olive oil if the mixture is not as smooth as you would like
5. Add salt and pepper to taste
If the hummus is too chunky like this,
add more olive oil to smooth it out!
Cost
Peanut butter: jar $3 (scoop 30¢)
Shallot: 50¢
Garlic head: 90¢ (3 cloves garlic: 20¢)
1 jalapeno: 21¢ (⅕= 5¢)
Lime: 30¢
1 can garbanzo beans: 99¢
Total cost = about $3.20 (not including olive oil and spices)
